At Liion Wholesale, we stand behind the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to safety regulations, certain lithium-ion products may require specific shipping procedures for return transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and ensure all battery terminals are insulated with non-conductive tape to prevent short circuits during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship via a carrier that accepts lithium-ion batteries, ensuring you comply with all DOT hazardous materials regulations.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in original condition and pass a voltage test, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
